熟習基本的式子後,如果想提升至節奏較快和運動量較高的練習,可以選擇Vinyasa yoga,又稱 Flow yoga。動作與呼吸的結合令練習過程如流水般連綿不斷,強調動作轉換時呼吸與肢體的流暢度。
Vinyasa練習能夠運動全身肌肉促進血液循環,提升體溫令我們大量出汗排出毒素,配合呼吸有助鍛練心肺功能。
