Description
When broken down, "ha" is "sun" and "tha" is "moon." Together, hatha means "force." In Hatha Yoga, we use opposite force to align our body. We will have a theme such as: Hip Opening, Leg Strength, Leg Stretching, Back Bending, Arm Balancing, or Inversions. The specificity of the class will be chosen during the warm-up based on the class needs.
