The studio is located at the former "Real Food Daily" restaurant on La Cienega, between Beverly Blvd and Melrose. 414 N La Cienega Blvd, West Hollywood, CA 90048.
Hatha Yoga classes that are focused around hip opening, back bending, arm balancing/inversions, or side bends/twists. All levels of yoga are welcome. No prior yoga experience needed. This is not hot yoga. We perform dynamic movements to warmup the body, followed by strengthening, along with passive & active stretching.
