This Gentle Yoga class is designed to recalibrate your body and mind and put you in a good mood. Through slow-flowing movements, beginner-friendly yoga poses, and well-rounded sequences set at a mild pace, explore what feels good and what works for your practice.
This is the ideal, foundational class for becoming familiar with breathwork, proper form and activation, and movement principles in yoga. With consistent practice, you'll increase your range of motion, develop flexibility, and gain functional strength and stability.
