Ashlyn Miller is a Yoga practitioner, board-certified Ayurveda health counselor, Meditation teacher, Holistic living coach and student (sadhaka) of life. She is the founder of Inner Woven Wellness LLC, a portal for well-being & spirituality that offers educational experiences in Ayurveda, Yoga, and Holistic living. Ashlyn has guided hundreds of individuals through her group & private sessions. With her offerings, Ashlyn supports people in embracing their true nature and wider sense of Self through holistic well-being and spirituality, encouraging an intimate, nourishing, fulfilling relationship with life. “Our own Self Realization is the greatest gift we can give the world.” -Ramana Maharshi Ashlyn weaves ancient wisdom into everyday life to elevate well-being & consciousness for a more wholesome experience of life. Her dynamic approach to sharing is a synthesis of her in- depth studies of Kriya Yoga, Ayurveda, Meditation, Holistic living, Nature-based traditions, and Trauma-informed teachings. Ashlyn’s classes focus on compassion, curiosity, presence, breath, alignment, truth, and Self- awareness. Her style of teaching physical classes is vinyasa-based and embodies safe, dynamic, purposeful sequencing to build integrity in the body + mind, making way for the subtle experiences of meditation to unfold. As an Ayurveda Counselor, she weaves the sister teachings of Ayurveda into her sessions to support a holistic approach to well-being for the whole person (body, mind, emotions, soul, spirit). She brings a sense of earthiness, acceptance, and compassion to her group & private sessions as well as a deep reverence for the practice, integrating Yoga philosophy, elemental theory, and heartfelt intention. When she’s not on her mat, you can find her hiking, identifying local plants, mesmerized by nature, napping with her cat, writing, reading, sipping on herbal teas, cooking nourishing meals, and spending time with loved ones.

Description

A fusion of dynamic movement, intentional sequencing, breath work, mindfulness, rest, meditation, & creative writing to connect with the lunar cycle & your wider Self for greater awareness, alignment, and abundance.

Awareness gives us the ability to come into alignment and when alignment the abundance that swells from deep within can runneth over.
The class will start with a centering practice and then flow into dynamic movement linked to breath to purify & nourish the channels of the body & mind, cultivating the capacity for rest and the opportunity for a meditative experience.
From this relaxed, conscious state, we’ll explore a creative writing exercise with journaling prompts to connect with the heartfelt intentions asking to be tended to.
It can take weeks, months, and years for some of our heartfelt intentions to come to fruition, therefore it's important that we set aside time to reconnect, refine, & renew what it is we’re focusing on and bringing to life.
