MK Campbell
Originally from Atlanta, MK has always been drawn to movement. She earned her Master’s degree in Athletic Training from University of Georgia and her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in dance from Kennesaw State University, where she developed a deep understanding of human movement, injury prevention, and functional strength.
MK discovered yoga as a way to complement her background in athletics and movement while creating more balance between strength, mobility, and mindfulness. She completed her yoga teacher training in Ubud, where she deepened her practice and developed a passion for breath-led movement and intentional flow.
Her classes blend strong alignment & anatomy principles with creative sequencing and breath awareness. MK encourages students to move with curiosity, build confidence in their bodies, and explore what it feels like to truly take up space both on and off the mat.

My first yoga class in 2007 planted a seed in me that has blossomed into leading classes as a yoga instructor. I have always been drawn to the movement of the body and how we can use those movements to heal the body and make the body stronger. As I have gotten deeper into my own practice and through the WYC 200 hour YTT, I have started to appreciate and embrace the mind-body connection that yoga offers. We all have one body and one mind and in order to to live our best lives, I believe they need to work together. The practice of yoga can create inner harmony, so that we can get to know and focus on being our true selves- and that’s what I love most about it.

I began practicing yoga in high school as a means of managing anxiety and connecting to my body. From then on, yoga has been a healing and present practice in my life. Yoga has given me a foundation of body, mind, and spiritual awareness.
In 2024, I completed a 200-HR Yoga Teacher Training in Koh-phangan, Thailand. My training focuses on Hatha yoga, vinyasa, and breath work practices.
Within my classes, I try my best to hold space for stillness, reflection and growth. I practice and teach yoga with the intention of connecting deeper with myself and others.
I hope to share the joy of practice with you!
