This class offers a mindful and steady flow, where we take more time to explore alignment and presence within each posture than in a typical Vinyasa practice. By holding the poses a bit longer, we build strength and stamina, which can make the practice physically and mentally challenging. As the class progresses, especially in the seated sequence towards the end, the pace gradually slows down, inviting a deeper sense of stillness and introspection.
The result is a harmonious blend of dynamic movement and meditative calm - a balanced experience for body and mind.
