Description
Vin and Yin combines two of our most loved styles, Vinyasa and Yin. Start the class with a warming breath-to-movement flow and finish with slow, deep stretches in prop-supported shapes. The movement and flow of the vinyasa portion of class warms the body and helps to prepare the mind for the stillness and surrender of Yin yoga.

This class follows a warm class so the room temperature is generally a bit warmer, but no additional heat is added and windows will be opened when possible.
