Join Takeema of Fitvational Yoga for a donation based, soul-centered R&B Slow Flow while she's in town teaching for Oneonta Juneteenth Festival.

Class is offered by donation with 100% of proceeds going to Takeema for her valued work as a yoga teacher. Cash donations preferred, by you can also pay by credit card or venmo at the studio before class.

Takeema's fun & unique approach to yoga is: yoga is for everyone, make it your own practice, give yourself space to flow & to be comfortable with spending time with self. Takeema is certified to teach yoga for all levels of experience including first-time/beginner yogis, all body types & all ages. In addition to, she is certified to instruct yoga for anxiety, yoga for trauma & experienced stretch coach. When taking a session from Takeema, she focuses on the physical movements, mental work, and spiritual growth. In addition specializes in working with yogis that suffer from current and/or permanent body injuries that may limit the mobility of the physical body. One client said, "It's a therapy session with Takeema! Takeema holds space for me to be comfortable & vulnerable. She encourages to love on yourself right in the current moment and make room to grow.
