Description
A 30-minute yoga asana practice followed by a 30-minute mindfulness meditation practice. This non-heated class is designed to engage both the body and the mind by bringing together the outer benefits of vinyasa movement with the inner benefits of calm-staying meditation for a well-rounded mind-body experience. This class is well-suited for all levels in both vinyasa and meditation.

Michael is a perennial student of wisdom and began studying dharma and meditation under the guidance of Dr. John Churchill in 2016. In the time since, he's completed more than 1200 hours of training across yoga, meditation, and dharma. As a wellness writer, meditation teacher, and astrologer, Michael maintains an astrology practice and offers studio classes and workshops that regularly weave together meditation, yoga, dharma, and astrology. He believes that everyone, without exception, is capable of meditating, and in so doing, will experience a more meaningful life. When he's not sharing practices, you'll often see him around town checking out the food scene or buying home improvement supplies to fix up his old house.
