Welcome to Yogarok! Classes are for all levels, mindfully sequenced, athletic with modifications and energizing music - 60 minutes to unplug, reconnect and let go.
This Workshop will be dedicated to proper alignment in the every so frequent yoga "push-ups", downward facing dogs, warrior 2, triangle, and bridge - we will also dedicate much of the time to some restoring and stretches to benefit the body and nervous system, 90 minutes, limited to 6 Yogis!
