Welcome to Yogarok! Classes are for all levels, mindfully sequenced, athletic with modifications and energizing music - 60 minutes to unplug, reconnect and let go.
Description
This specialty class with have a couple of therapy ball uses, although most of the class will be a Vinyasa flow, Yogarok with energetic music, we will have some attention towards shoulders and hips! Bring your own therapy balls, I'll also have some to borrow or purchase ($20 to buy for home use)
