Welcome to Yogarok! Classes are for all levels, mindfully sequenced, athletic with modifications and energizing music - 60 minutes to unplug, reconnect and let go.
Description
This will be outdoors, sheltered, wear layers, class will be rain or shine AND we might be able to move it indoors, all hail the much needed yoga;)
