Welcome to Yogarok! Classes are for all levels, mindfully sequenced, athletic with modifications and energizing music - 60 minutes to unplug, reconnect and let go.

Slower paced well-rounded practice, all levels are encouraged to listen to their bodies, up-level and scale back when needed and always practice at what serves you best, listening to the breath and remain focused on within, mindful movement and gratitude is the focus on these Saturday mornings (and always) - namaste!
