This late afternoon class will begin with some brief release with the yoga tune-up balls, movement (20 minutes) and the remainder of class will offer some deep stretches, yin, therapy ball work and close with restoring. Perfect for the close of week, date night or just a nice refresh, you deserve this self-care time.
