Most beautiful questions in Yoga Practice that are applicable in all life situations. How do I appear? Do I understand my Embodiment? How do I feel? Is my breathing in expansion or do I feel in vacuum? How do I think? Where does my thinking come from? What do I know? Who am I?

Can I somehow manage myself if I don’t have answers to these questions?

Let’s practice #rajayoga

Raja Yoga, also known as Royal Yoga, is one of the major paths , Umbrella of all yogas that seeks to achieve spiritual liberation through the control and mastery of the mind. It is based on the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, an ancient text that outlines the principles and practices of yoga.

The goal of Raja Yoga is to attain the state of samadhi, a state of deep concentration and meditation. This is achieved through the eight limbs of yoga, which are:

1. Yama: ethical disciplines, restraints
2. Niyama: personal practices, observations
3. Asana: physical postures, which prepare the body for meditation
4. Pranayama: breath control, which helps to calm the mind and increase concentration
5. Pratyahara: withdrawal of the senses from external distractions
6. Dharana: concentration or one-pointed focus
7. Dhyana: meditation or the continuous flow of concentration
8. Samadhi: the ultimate goal, a state of pure consciousness and unity with the universe.

Raja Yoga emphasizes the importance of meditation, self-awareness, and self-realization as the means to achieve spiritual enlightenment. It teaches the practitioner to control their thoughts and emotions, and to cultivate inner peace and harmony.
