A class for all levels of students that will start your week off just right with gentle flows, various yoga experiences and soothing music. A great start for your week!

Set the tone for your week. This class will warm up the diaphragm, heat up the muscles, and then slow way down into restorative poses using all the props, calming the mind and nervous system. Hands on adjustments if the student would like. All level students welcome.

Gently warm up your muscles and center your mind. An easeful Flow though various asanas (poses) connecting each pose with the
breath. Great class for those NEW to Yoga or Yogi wanting a Slow moving class. Leave Class feeling relaxed and renewed.

Get the body moving and work out the mid week blahs! The float for this class will incorporate standing in balance asanas (poses) to challange the Yogi’s. The instructor also infuse fun into each class. Allow your body and mind to be challenged in a safe environment. All levels welcome. Modifications will be offered for all students.

This class is that perfect midweek "hump day" evening class. We will gently stretch, relax, and wind down in yoga poses perfect for any level. Class guided by Diane. 1 Hr. Offering.

A great way to end the week by using the chair combined with a few standing and floor asanas (poses). Perfect class for Beginner Yogis, or those that have physical issues. Also geared to those that JUST LOVE YOGA!

Why is it important for people to learn about their unique astrology?
Every birth chart is a permission, slip, a blueprint for our lives. When we come to know and understand our own charts, we can have compassion for ourselves, our pitfalls, personality, quirks, gifts and alike. When we have compassion for ourselves, we can have compassion for the people in our lives that we love )and sometimes the ones we don’t.) do you want to understand the way you grow up? The way you show and receive love? The most fulfilling career path? Astrology can answer those big questions. It is up to us to make the informed choices from there. It is tempting to believe that astrology determines our fate, and that it is a misnomer. Astrology simply says quotation “Here is the path you were on, which way would you like to go?” is anything more freedom than that?!
How will this information impact their lives? How is it a tool for self discovery? In today’s workshop, I will work with people to make them feel truly empowered to live a life they think about living one day. More not enough heads, more lightbulb moment, more how did you know that? Are you inside my head? Realizations. I’m not a fortuneteller I’m not a life coach, I am a translator. All I’m here to do is unpack with the language of astrology hast to tell about you.
