In this Yin Yang class you practice mindfulness in movement and stillness. We start with slow mindful flow connecting dynamic movements with breath. Strengthening & balancing poses will be supported by mindful transitions.
The second half requires restful awareness as you relax your body into a series of poses supported by the floor and props. Held for up to 5 minutes, the process stimulates the circulation of fluids and energy through your body, benefiting tissues, organs and joints while calming the mind.
