120 minutes, English spoken, monthly class, open to everyone with interest in quiet time through yoga.
This monthly, two-hour class will encompass different yoga postures, Pranayama and meditation techniques to bring our minds towards a state of quiet and calm. From this 'rest' state it is more likely that we will be able to meet life with love.
