I’m Suzanne, a wellness coach & entrepreneur, yoga teacher, mindfulness practitioner, and health advocate with a passion for helping people, especially women, lead healthier, more vibrant lives.

I help women of all ages find the confidence and self-love to live their happiest, most fulfilling lives and reach their highest potential. Through an integrative and holistic approach, I help my clients create sustainable changes in their lives to reach their desires by filling the gap between where they are now, and where they want to be.

I’m trained in yoga, anatomy, breathwork, mindfulness, nutrition, and more and I put what I teach into practice myself, and have learned a lot through my journey to reclaim my mental and physical health. I help my clients reach measurable goals, reduce stress, and find a deeper sense of clarity and well-being, and experience true happiness in all aspects of their lives.

I want to remind you that you are strong, beautiful, and capable of anything. You are already born with the qualities you will need to get everything you have ever wanted! Sometimes you just need a little support, direction, guidance, and accountability to fully bloom. I’m here to help.
