Ezgi currently teaches Ashtanga Yoga Led, Guided and Mysore classes as well as Hatha classes. Description

All Levels. This class is designed to focus on lengthening the front of the body and opening the chest which will take us towards deeper and more grounded backbends.
Although we might add different themes to create a smooth transition between poses, our main focus is learning how to deepen in the backbends.
We will explore supported techniques of some common backbends and learn how to use props effectively.
You can expect to hold some poses longer than a usual yoga class.
