This class is perfect for complete beginners or for those of you who have little experience or refresh your foundation.
After attending this class for a couple of months, you'll be more confident to join other Hatha or Ashtanga Yoga Mysore classes.
This class covers simple breathing techniques as well as basic and most common asanas (yoga postures). You'll also learn how to use some of the yoga props when needed.
