Description
Level:
Level 1-2 Strong (not suitable for complete beginners)
Structure:
This class mainly focuses on Surya Namaskar A & B, the standing poses, backbends, and the final three poses of the Ashtanga Vinyasa sequence, with occasional emphasis on specific aspects of the practice, such as breathing, jump-back, jump forward, jump-through, inversions, and more.
If you're starting to build your Ashtanga Yoga practice in a Mysore class, this guided class is perfect for helping you memorise the sequence while experiencing the energy of practising with others.
For regular Ashtanga practitioners, this class offers a great opportunity to establish a consistent daily practice, even if it's shorter than your usual routine.
