Description

Sādhanā refers to a committed practice—whether through asana, meditation, mantra, or other forms of devotion—cultivating inner growth and deepening one’s connection with the self.
In this Sādhanā session, you may experience one or more of the following practices:
* Simple and gentle movement
* Prāṇāyāma (breathwork)
* Meditation
* Chanting
* Mudrā (Hand Gestures)
* Poetry
* Silent Reflection
* Journaling
Each session is designed to support inner exploration and connection through these varied practices.

Open to all levels.
Runs first Wednesday of the month.
