This class offers a balanced approach, combining around 40 minutes of strong, vigorous Hatha practice with the use of props to enhance strength and mobility. You’ll challenge your body through focused movements that build power and flexibility.

The session then transitions into a calming 20-minute relaxation, pranayama and meditation practice, inviting you to explore inner stillness and cultivate mental clarity.
It’s the perfect blend of effort and ease, leaving you feeling physically revitalised and mentally centred.
