Structure:
In a Mysore-style class, students practise at their own pace, following the set sequence of Ashtanga Yoga. Beginners start with breathwork, warm-ups, and the first few postures, gradually adding more as they progress. If you're new and unfamiliar with the sequence, your teacher will demonstrate and practise alongside you.
Experienced practitioners continue their established sequences.

Key Points:
* The timing of your practice is flexible within the scheduled class window, so it’s fine if you arrive a little later than the start time.
* Hands-on adjustments are offered but entirely optional—verbal guidance is always available.
