Structure: A slow, gentle practice that focuses on sensing the body from the inside rather than shaping postures. Movement is simple and intentional, supporting the nervous system to soften habitual tension and restore ease.

Instead of stretching or holding poses, we work with small, mindful movements, pauses, and rest. Attention is placed on how the body responds, allowing patterns of holding to gradually unwind.
