Going upside down can be very exciting but also energizing if you do it right. In this class you will practice step by step to overcome fear and build up your strength of the body as well as the mind. We will use different types of exercise to prepare differents muscle groups, create muscle memories and train for endurance. We will start from simple towards more complex practices. This class also includes other arm balancing and forearm balancing practices. We will utilize the use of the wall, chair, blocks to support you in the practice.
Appropriate level: Practitioners with no serious complaints of the hands, wrists and shoulders who want to improve their handstand and arm balancing skills by mindful training.
