This up-tempo, sweaty, 60-minute class is centred on the nexus between mobility, functional vinyasa yoga and strength and conditioning. We take advantage of the overlap here to engage in mindful, controlled movement aimed at improving mobility, creating stability, building functional strength and, yes, even improving cardiovascular fitness. The class will be built up from a focused warm-up and mobility series, followed by an up-tempo yoga flow, including yoga sequences in circuit form, and a brief cool-down and (standing!) rebound.

Know thyself: as always, we work at our own pace, within our own range of movement and according to our own abilities. Options, tweaks and alternatives are provided and encouraged. You do not have to be an experienced yogi to take this class, but a willingness to work up a sweat is required.
