Forward bends

In this class we work on forward bends. It took me a long time to like forward bends and I think part of it was about not using proper technique: mostly straigtening the legs too fast. So maybe if forward bends are not your favourite either, try this class :) For this class you need a felt mat, a block, a backbender and a strip. We will use the headstander to sit on, but you can also use a chair. The sound volume is lower than I would like it to be, you might need an external speaker. It will be better next time!
