Psoas: pressure, elongation and activation

In this class we will do some exploration into the psoas muscle. While the psoas muslce is often tense, it is also often weak. In this class we first try to relax it by giving it pressure in forward bends, then we do some stretching, and last but not least we will work on strengthening the psoas muscle in Navasana (boat pose) and others.
