Opening the psoas in (mostly passive) backbends

This is a very relaxed but potentially intense class where we do mostly passive backbends. We aim to relax the psoas and the muscles of the upper leg, but we will also open the lower and upper back. You will need a felt mat, a backbender and a strip. Enjoy!
