Strip-plough pose-headstander. That is the whole content of this class :) Simple but very effective! We focus on relaxing and mobilizing the high upper back: C7 and the vertebra just below. Especially good if your upper back, chest, shoulders and neck feel tight. You will need a strip, a firm pillow, a headstander, block and felt mat for this class. Enjoy!
