In this class we will move towards Shoulder stand (Sarvangasana) Shoulder stand is definitely not an easy pose, and if you miss a vital part of what goes where, it just doesn't work. So here i explain the pose in quite some detail. Especially if you are relatively new to the pose, or you usually have trouble with it, don't skip the demonstrations! We will warm up with some forward bends first, and move into plough pose. Then we will warm up backbends on the backbender, and move into the full pose. If you have a love/hate relationship with Shoulder stand, like I do, then this class might make the scale tip a little more towards the love part. :) You will need a headstander, a block, a felt mat, a strip, a backbender and a belt.
