Connection to the space around you

In this class we start on the strip, softening the upper back and opening the chest. Which creates more space inside the chest, but also changes the way we take up space. It might even mean you start to feel more connected to the space around you. This will deepen when we do some backbends and when we lie on the backbender. We end up sitting to enjoy this new sense of interconnectedness.
