Headstand on the headstander
Selle Postma20 mei 2026 • Duur: 1 uur, 19 minuten
In this class we look at headstand on the headstander. We use the backbender on top of the headstander to practice jumping up while keeping the upper back as deep as possible. The backbender helps to create more space in the upper back, but also serves as a way to figure out how you jump: if your upper back doesn't stay deep when you jump, you will now know, because just don't get up (or your shoulders shift forwards). It is a great way to change the old movement pattern, and learn something new!
Tools: strip, headstander and backbender.
