Description
A slow-paced, thematic Vinyasa practice where students are encouraged to take the time to explore postures and transitions in a systematic way. As the classes have a progressive approach, they're beginner-friendly, but more experienced practitioners are welcome too!
A specific focus will be given for each month, and every week students will be guided through a sequence that dissects this theme/focus. The progra for the month will be as follows:
Week 1 - Introduction of the theme (what it is, and how it's usually taught)
Week 2 - Investigation (exploring limitations and what's causing them)
Week 3 - Making it yours (trying out variations that work for different bodies)
Week 4 - Power hour (trying out poses and variations of the pose that help build strength)
Different options will be provided in every class. And regardless of the program, there will always be space for the students to build strength, rest, and adjust the intensity of the practice depending on their i wants or needs.
