Empowering Flow Yoga is a thematic Vinyasa practice. In this slow-paced class, literature and storytelling is weaved into sequences that mix functional and creative movements with yoga philosophy, chanting and music, while inviting people to moments of introspection and connection with oneself. Participants are guided towards exploring different aspects of empowerment through movement, introspection and reflection, and claiming agency on and off the mat.
