This class is alsl about embracing the tradition of yoga.
In this 60-minute practice, participants are invited to explore mindfulness and finding focus through movement/asana and different breathing techniques/pranayama that stem from the yoga tradition. The movements will be slow, yet fluid and linking the postures with one's breath will be encouraged. Variations and adequate information on the techniques will be offered throughout the class for accessibility and a deeper understanding of the practice.
