A slow paced yoga class suitable for complete beginners and those with some yoga experience wanting a more gentle class. In this class we go through the basics of common yoga poses and sequences in detail, explaining how to do the poses with correct alignment. You will be introduced to simple breathing techniques for yoga.

With extra time on the weekend this class will include meditation, pranayama (breathing practices) and a vinyasa flow yoga practice. This is a mixed level class open to all levels of student except for complete beginners. Beginners should join the Tuesday class at 7pm first before progressing to this class.

Options will be given throughout the class to take easier or more challenging variations of poses and sequences according to your level.. This is a great class to progress your practice by playing around with the more challenging options that are offered when you feel ready, or just stay with the gentler options if you prefer.
