A faster paced dynamic vinyasa flow class. Suitable for students with at least 6 months regular yoga practice looking to challenge themselves further.

Classes often include core work, arm balances, handstands, strong standing and balance poses and deep stretches.

Using the gate on Eton Road, walk to the right of the church door and there is a smaller door to the Octagon room which will be open. There are toilets available for you to change in if you need to. Please bring your own yoga mat to this class.

£12 per class.

A vinyasa flow class suitable for students wanting a challenging yoga practice. This class is not suitable for complete beginners to yoga. Please join Tuesday at 8pm if you are a beginner to yoga.
Classes often include core work, arm balances, strong standing and balance poses and deep stretches. Various options will be given to build up to the more challenging poses, showing you the journey to get there if you are still learning those poses, if they are new to you or you want to take it easier.

Yoga mats, blocks and straps will be provided if you do not have your own. Preferably bring your own mat if you have one, but I have ones you can use if you don't.
 
The space will be available from 6.15pm, you are welcome to come from that time.

Feeling unwell - do not come to class if you have symptoms of fever, sore throat, cough. If someone in your household has these symptoms do not come to class. If you test positive for Covid19 after taking a class with me, please advise me so that I can advise all students that attended the class you were in.

Cancellation procedure - you must cancel your booking 12 hours in advance of the class to receive a refund or a credit for a future class.

This is a slower paced vinyasa flow class. We still cover stretching, strengthening & core work but at a slower pace than all the other classes. There are no advanced or complicated asanas or transitions in this class. The perfect class if you are a bit lower on energy to attend a mixed level or intermediate class. Suitable for complete beginners to yoga also.

45 Minute all levels yoga class to kick start your morning with happy yoga vibes!

Join us for an energising yoga class on the beautiful Hampstead Heath this Sunday at 11am. If you fancy a cold swim in the pond afterwards I am tempted to go, so message me to arrange this.

The class will be an all levels vinyasa flow class with options given throughout for different levels and abilities.

We will meet at 11am outside the Freemasons Arms Pub on Downshire Hill. Please be on time as we will leave at 11.05pm to walk into the heath and find a spot to practice on the heath. Please message me if you are running late. 07740 300 557.

Cancellation Policy
This class has a 12 hour cancellation policy. To receive a refund or credit you must cancel within 12 hours of the class. If the weather is bad the class will be cancelled and you can use your credit for a future week or request a refund.
