A steady and well-rounded vinyasa flow class designed to help you build strength, mobility, and confidence in your practice. With time to explore more fully—moving through creative sequences with space to play, pause, and deepen. We begin gently on the mat with breath awareness and stretches, then build into dynamic sequences that include core work, standing poses, and the option to try more challenging shapes.

The extra 15 minutes allows us to work deeper into stretches or spend time breaking down more advanced postures step-by-step, giving you the chance to understand the “how” behind the pose rather than just flowing through it. Expect variety, progression, and encouragement. Options are offered throughout, so whether you’re gaining confidence or refining your practice, you’ll feel supported to explore at your own pace.

--- This class is best suited for students with some previous yoga experience and a reasonable level of fitness. Complete beginners are encouraged to join the Slow Flow Class on Tuesdays at 7:30 pm.

A welcoming, well-rounded vinyasa flow class suitable for a wide range of levels. We begin gently, often lying on the back to connect with the breath and arrive in the body, before moving into a flowing sequence that includes stretching, strength-building, core work, and grounding poses.

You’ll be offered variations throughout so you can adapt the class to your needs—whether you’re newer to yoga, easing back in, or feeling ready to explore stronger shapes. The pace is steady and mindful, with time to focus on alignment and breath-led movement, supporting strength, mobility, and calm.

--- This class is suitable for complete beginners with a reasonable level of fitness. If you prefer a slower-paced introduction to yoga, the Slow Flow Class on Tuesdays at 7:30 pm may be a better place to start.

A slow paced class where we work in more detail with alignment and the specifics of transitions between poses. In this class you will learn the how to of every pose, rather than just moving through a practice. Therefore it is a great practice for beginners but also more experienced students either wanting to go back and learn the basics properly, or wanting a more gentle practice. We start slowly, usually laying on the back with some breath awareness to centre, ground and arrive. With each yoga pose that we move into we break it down by alignment and how to approach it dependant on flexibility, injuries or yoga experience. Classes are small so I am able to give feedback to each student which allows them to feel more comfortable in a pose or progress further in a pose.
