Moving slowly in our yoga practice sometimes means getting deeper into a stretch, and sometimes means taking time to move our body deliberately and with intention. The Slow & Steady class allows time to settle into a pose, and to spend time enjoying the feel of a pose before moving to the next. Building more strength, flexibility, steadiness and focus in mind, body and spirit. This class will help you feel stronger, more stable and grounded and continue to offer the sense of overall peace and calm that so many students come to their yoga practice for.
