Description

Vinyasa is a flowing sequence of yoga poses, pairing breath and movement together. The class may have specific areas of focus in Asana (physical poses), Pranayama (breathing), and other fundamentals of yoga. Options are offered during the class so you can customise your practice.

For this online class, you will need: a laptop and webcam (video and audio required), a quiet space in the house to practice away from family members and pets, a mat and props or substitute props.
