Description
This gentle, nurturing class helps you connect with your body, breath, and mind. We begin with a short centering meditation before moving through a slow & gentle sequence of accessible postures focused on releasing tension from modern life—mobilising the spine, opening the chest, and increasing circulation through the hips and legs.
The second half of the class is a guided meditation where you are invited to lie down (or sit if you prefer). Moving the body allows the mind to be more still, making this format great even for those who have a busy mind and struggle to switch off. We will be using simple techniques like breath awareness or body scanning. Expect to leave feeling grounded, relaxed, and more connected to yourself.
For this class bring your own mat and yoga block (if you don't have your own, email me and I will bring it for you) and blanket
Suitable for all levels & age groups – especially beginners & anyone with anxiety or physical obstacles
Great for improving mental health and body awareness
