This 6-week course is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and move in a way that feels deeply nourishing. Through gentle, intuitive movement and breathwork, we’ll explore how to release stored tension, support the nervous system, and cultivate a sense of ease in both body and mind.
Somatic movement is about feeling rather than forcing—moving with awareness, curiosity, and care.
The sessions will include:
✨ Soft, fluid movement to release habitual tension and restore ease
✨ Breathwork to settle the nervous system and invite presence
✨ Humming, tapping, and self-soothing techniques to shift from stress to relaxation
✨ Simple, practical tools to regulate emotions and support well-being
