Moving Well: A 6-Week course
Thursdays, 5 PM | Starting 11th of September

I am so excited for this 6 week course, we had a similar one earlier in the year which sold out very quickly. This course will be with similar intentions but different movement, so it will be really valuable to everyone, whether you did the previous one or not.

Moving and being able to do it well is such a key element in being alive and human (and the thing I am more passionate about than anything else). And whilst we all probably know that, the way that the modern world works, makes it difficult to know where to start, what to prioritise and how to integrate that into our lives.

It is hard for me to share everything I want about movement in the weekly classes as there just isn’t enough time, with the same people, each time to dive deep. So that is where this 6 week course comes in. It gives me more time to talk (which I know you all love haha) and you more time to explore.

Having 6 weeks together means that we can also build skills and strength over the course, which will be inspirational and motivational by itself but will also improve how well we move (hence the name).

This course main focus will be on:
- learning to recognise imbalances in joint movement
- strengthen the legs to alleviate the back and spine that usually overcompensates
- how everyday life affect the way we move and how we move affect everyday life

This course is not suitable for complete movement beginners.
To get the most out of the course you should be able to get up off the floor and back down again with relative ease
This course is ideal for:
- Regular yoga practitioners looking to deepen their practice.
- Movers from other disciplines, such as Pilates, fitness, running, crossfit etc
- Anyone interested in mobility, healthy aging, and exploring the science of movement.
If you’ve been practicing yoga or other forms of movement and want to enhance your understanding while improving how you move and feel, this course is for you!

I am, as I said stated above, very passionate about movement, moving well and healthy aging. I am trained in anatomy, physiology, neuroscience, yoga and movement. All of this will be incorporated into this course to look at the body and the way it moves as a whole. How the feet effect our hips, how the eyes effect our back and so on.
