Are you new to Yoga? Or has it been a while since you were last on the mat? We will start slowly and gently, discovering how we feel in the body as we move into a series of yoga poses to the extent that we can at the time. We will develop an understanding of the benefits of each and how to enter and exit each pose smoothly and safely. We will also look at variations that may be more beneficial for individual needs. We will synchronise the movements with the breath and learn some helpful pranayamas you can use on and off the mat as well as some simple mantras and their benefits. Yoga is wonderful in helping to manage and reduce stress, increase flexibility, strength and muscle tone, and effectively balance our entire system.

"Sweat" - Class Details
A 45min HIIT fitness session that'll have you feeling like a total WARRIOR! It's the BEST way to start into your week and end your Monday!

This class will energise, strengthen and totally up level your fitness. Come prepared to work hard - your muscles will burn, you'll be out of breath and you'll feel UNSTOPPABLE when we're done! Using only your bodyweight!

This class is suitable for anyone with high and low impact versions available, but may be more suited to those who are fairly active.

You will need:
Please bring your own mat if you prefer working out in trainers. Alternatively you can train barefoot with one of the studio mats.

Emma’s style of teaching integrates years of experience from Personal training, dance, functional movement, Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, with a strong emphasis on anatomy, freedom through movement, Lymphatic stimulation, breath, embodiment, digestion, creativity and often prop usage.


Emma is continuously learning, growing and is an active part of various online Yoga groups all over the world.

Currently teaching in Pewsey, Wiltshire a couple of times a week at the Holistic Labyrinth and now in Marlborough too as part of the YogaWolf pack : )

Meditation and yoga class

Come home to yourself with this deeply immersive experience. Using the phases of the moon this practise will help you align more deeply with yourself and your energy.
Each time the moon moves through her phases she shines a light on different aspects for us to delve deeper into and release and heal. Many of us are unknowingly affected by the moons movements and this class takes that innate wisdom and allows us to move it in a conscious way to align our lives and tune more deeply into our soul voice.

We begin with breath work to bring you into the space followed by a gentle yoga flow to take us deeper into the energies. We then move into a beautiful guided mediation to really hone the
energies. The bringing of a journal is welcome to allow you space following the session to witness and reflect on what has shown up.

In these five weeks we will:

Slowww Soulful Yoga

For those who are older, experiencing some aches & pains, less flexible, new to yoga, peri menopausal & menopausal or just looking for a slower mindful class. Expect breath, asana, meditation and visualization accompanied by a soothing playlist. Experience gentle slow movement with that all important mind, body & spirit connection in this signature 60 minute class

Join us for a powerful evening of harnessing the power of spring.

Join us for an evening of Yin Yoga and Sound Healing with an intention of connecting to the power of spring energy and choosing how we tap into our inner power and creativity and releasing anything standing in your way. We will take you on a journey of sound that will resonate very deeply with this intention. The essential oil of Bergamot will be our ally on this journey - she is mighty for working with creative energy.

The combined experience of sound healing and yoga can be immensely supportive and profound!

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a way of working our deep tissues and keeping our joints healthy. It is also a deeply meditative practice as the poses are each held for a few minutes fully supported by props to take away any strain.

Whilst it can be a struggle to still our body and mind, once this challenge is overcome, there is a wonderful feeling of stillness and peace. The practice allows us to connect with our bodies, being aware of tightness and limitations so that we can work with them rather than against them. It is also a fantastic opportunity for self-reflection.

Sound Healing

Working with sound can bridge healing across the physical, emotional, and mental bodies. By immersing in pure therapeutic sounds, it can help create harmony or shift blocked energy within the body and energy fields.

Whilst you hold the yoga shapes, you will be able to receive the benefits of sound. You will find them deeply relaxing, releasing, and transformative. Participants often find that the sounds help to quieten the mind and supporting you in holding the shapes. And for some, it helps them to go deeper into the shape as the muscles relax in response to the sounds.

Sound Healing Journey with your chosen healing intention - including alchemy crystal bowls, drums, gong and other instruments whilst you hold yoga shapes.

A morning flow combining elements from Mandala (circular) flow and power vinyasa, connecting moving postures together through conscious awareness of breath.
