Hatha 12 key postures: This series of classes focuses on "being" in the postures, rather than a lot of "flow" between the poses. Variations of the key postures add variety & adaptability.

* ASANA * PRANAYAMA * MEDITATION * RELAXATION

Expect a compassionate, yet disciplined & nurturing way to practice yoga

With regular practice you will soon notice old aches and pains easing, you will become stronger, more supple and better at dealing with stress.

Pranayama (breathing techniques) + either relaxation or meditation will be led in these sessions

Leave feeling opened up, untangled, centred, grounded, with clarity of thought and calm focus!

You will be warmly welcomed in these friendly, uncomplicated classes.

Breath centred, alignment based Yoga.




Beginners to more experienced practitioners will benefit and enjoy these sessions

I can't promise (but I will try not to be funny), and let your body and mind awaken into the practice.

Fairly straight-forward flowing class, that will listen to the weather, the environment, changes and general needs that arrive each week

MOVE - BREATHE & RELAX IN AN ACTIVE, YET NURTURING WAY

An open level - mixed abilities class. Expertise NOT required.
