Highly experienced teacher in somatic movement, Yoga, dance and expression. Tanya encourages you to "work with what you've got", will guide you to feel your way into safe movement & postures, finding expansion, space and hopefully a little more physical freedom in your body, and peace in your heart and mind. You will be challenged, definitely, you'll also get to rest, recover, laugh and smile. Her embodied approach will leave you to feeling great about yourself, and discover your fabulousflow! With an incredible experiential understanding of biomechanics, she uses her skill as a movement reader, to bring out the best in students, giving them examples to imagine, corrections that work and the confidence to fall or fly!

A 6 weeks course for IMPROVERS - INTERMEDIATE yogis

"taking your practice beyond the basics & building towards confident inversions​"

Ideal for those who've been practicing a while and are ready to introduce/improve HEADSTAND & SHOULDER STAND and bring about a deeper practice.

This is the perfect continuation and a natural follow up to HATHA BASICS (1) & (2)


A progressive, informative yoga course with step by step instruction, in a friendly, supportive group environment.

* Expand your practice of the 12 key postures of HATHA YOGA, and warrior transitions
* Learn Kapalabhati Pranayama: breathing exercise for increased energy, cleansing the lunges & respiratory system, tone the diaphragm & abdomen, bringing heat to the body
* Explore inversions & balances, with a systematic approach to preparations and practice for headstand & shoulderstand with variations
* Practice significant core work for strength and stability
* Develop upper body strength, flexibility and shoulder opening
* Follow concentration & relaxations techniques for body, mind & spirit, including mudras & mantra

Designed to recharge your energy, rejuvenate your body & mind and leave you feeling challenged, motivated and peaceful!




Starts: Monday 25th February until 1st April
